Return/Exchange Policy
We now offer Free returns and exchanges on. We invest a great deal of love and care in the making of every pair of 9Threadz. If for some reason, you are unsure of the size or we’ve missed a spot and you’d like to exchange them, fill in the details below. We have a super simple exchange process in the form of replacement.
We must receive the 9Threadz within 07 days from the date it was shipped to you in an unused condition.
Simply fill in your details in the app, to get started.
PS – Please mention the size and style you want in exchange for your current pair in the customer note when raising your exchange request. Print and place the confirmation email in the parcel when sending it back with our logistics partners.
As a company policy we do not provide refund/cancellation on any product sold. Once the 9Threadz are sold and are in unused condition they can be exchanged for replacement or a credit note. We also do not provide exchanges of free product.
